PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Payment in full will be taken upon confirmation of your booking online.
  2. After placing an order on the website, the Customer will receive a booking confirmation email.  Please note that it is only when the Customer receives an email from the Hospitality Team that the order has been accepted by Lydon House Catering.
  3. By placing an order the Customer warrants that he/she is (a) is legally capable of entering into binding contracts and (b) is at least 18 years old.
  4. The price for the hospitality package will be as quoted on the Website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.  Please note that Lydon House Catering is under no obligation to provide the hospitality package to the Customer at an incorrect lower price, even after a booking confirmation has been received if the pricing error was obvious, unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by the Customer as a mis-pricing error.
  5. Tickets will be issued within 4 weeks of the event.
  6. Cancellation Policy​
    • Any client intending to cancel must notify Lydon House Catering Limited in writing immediately.
    • 25% of your payment will be forfeited should the booking be cancelled more than 5 weeks prior to the date of the event.
    • 50% of your payment will be forfeited should the booking be cancelled less than 5 weeks prior to the date of the event.
    • Should the booking be cancelled anytime on or after 30th June no refund shall be made.
    • Lydon House Catering Limited shall not be held responsible for damages, delays, cancellations caused by an act of God, acts of war, weather, riot, civil commotion, acts of State, strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of Lydon House Catering Limited.
  7. Once numbers are confirmed and tickets are issued no refund will be given for reductions in numbers or for guests who fail to show up under any circumstances.
  8. Should the event be cancelled, for whatever reason, once the event has commenced no refund shall be made.
  9. Lydon House Catering Limited is not responsible for loss, damage or injury to any person or their property as all clients who attend events do so at their own risk.​
  10. While we always try to accommodate our customers, we are not the original source of the tickets and are therefore unable to reprint or reissue replacements should yours become lost, stolen or damaged.  Upon receiving your tickets, please treat them the same as cash and keep them in a safe, secure place until the event.  Unfortunately replacement tickets will be charged for in full.
