How do I book Corporate Hospitality?

When do I pay?

In order to secure a booking a 50% deposit is required.  Balance will due by the 21st June at the latest.  Tickets will be available from end of May.  To receive your hospitality package full payment must be received.

 

Can I book for less than 10?

If you’re booking is for less than 10 you can still book but you will be required to share a table.  In order to secure your own table you must book for a minimum of 10.

 

What is the maximum number on one table?

We have a limited number of tables which accommodate 11 or 12 people.  Once your numbers go over 12 your group will be split over two tables.

 

When do I get my Hospitality Tickets?

Hospitality tickets will be available towards the end of May.  If full payment is received you will receive your tickets first week in June.

 

Is there a Dress Code?

There is no dress code at Galway Races.  We would encourage smart casual in our corporate restaurants but also dress for the weather.  In our hospitality restaurant on the Wednesday we host our Most Stylish Lady & Signature Gent competition.  

  

When should I arrive?

You are welcome to arrive after the gates are open (Gates open two hours before 1st Race).   

Restaurant opening time

Monday / Tuesday/ Wednesday / Friday – 3pm

Thursday – 12noon

Saturday / Sunday – 1pm

 

Which racecourse entrance can I use?

You are welcome to use any entrances.  Galway Racecourse has 3 entrances available.

 

Where do I park?  Is there a designated hospitality carpark?

You will receive a hospitality car park ticket within your hospitality folder.  This can be used in any of the car parks at the racecourse.  There is no dedicated hospitality car park.

 

How do I get there?

Located just off the M6 motorway, Galway Racecourse is easily accessible from Dublin, Cork, Limerick or any other location around Ireland. It is located 40 minutes from Shannon Airport, 1 hour from Knock Airport, 2 hours from Dublin Airport and 2.5 hours from Cork Airport.
